Please note that your paypal receipt is confirmation of your booking. In the event your booking is made by telephone, your invoice that is sent to you is confirmation of your booking and your payment needs to be forwarded immediately by return of post on receipt of our invoice.
No refund can be given for cancellations or non-attendance (due to administration time, hotel contract and venue charges and income reduction) within 30 days of training.
All cancellations must be received in writing.
Master Class Bookings
You may cancel your booking in writing up to 30 days before the master class. All cancellations will be confirmed back to you, and you will be refunded your fee less £25.00 per person per class to cover administration costs and loss of revenue. If you need to cancel less than 30 days prior to the master class you may either transfer your booking (within 12 months) to another suitable Master Class, for which there will be a transfer charge of £15.00**, or send a substitute in your place at no extra charge; there are no refunds at this stage.
The price of the Master Class covers your day’s training and any handout material, teas and coffee at morning, and afternoon breaks. Please note that any overnight accommodation or parking fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
Group bookings/Speaking engagements
You may cancel your booking in writing up to 35 days before the training is due to commence. All cancellations will be confirmed back to you and you will be refunded less 25% to cover administration costs and loss of income. If you need to cancel less than 35 days prior to the training then a cancellation fee is payable of 50%.
The company reserves the right to alter any of the content at any time as part of continual improvement of the ArchArchangel Therapy Master Classes. The company also reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training. In this instance you will be offered an alternative date of your choice, or a full refund will be given.
We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses including (without limitation) loss of profits, travel and accommodation costs, or contracts, or financial losses or any cancellation charges, howsoever caused or arising from this cancellation, other than the total training fee paid.
** Transfer Fee’s – Please note that invoices in respect of transfer requests are due by return.
